Premier Extrusion evolved from the separation of Premier Plastics extrusion division in 2010.  Premier Plastics had been involved in extruding plastics since 1987 starting with PVC strip doors which can be seen widely throughout Australia in local food shops.  Premier Plastic expanded their die range to include tubes and purchased Induflex plastics in the noughties to add flooring accessories and bottle cap wadding to their extensive range.

Since 2010 Premier Extrusion has grown year on year expanding the polymer base processed and customers served.

That customer base includes a bourgeoning export market into New Zealand, Thailand and the USA.

In 2014 Premier Extrusion purchased state of the art foaming equipment to become the only Australian manufacturer of micro foamed extruded product.

We currently run 11 extrusion lines in Melbourne utilizing the latest overseas and local equipment partners. In 2023 we’ve installed a clean room and achieved HACCP accreditation as we continue to grow our lines of food grade products.
